NDC Conferences reserves the right to make changes to the agenda at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the program will be noted on our website and delegates should check regularly for updates.


You have the right to cancel your purchase of tickets within 14 days of placing your order. After 14 days the following terms apply:

Cancellations a minimum of 60 days prior to the event: 50% of the ticket price is refundable.

Cancellations a minimum of 30 days prior to the event: 25% of the ticket price is refundable.

Cancellations within 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

If the conference is canceled or postponed, tickets will remain valid, and can be used at the next in-person event. Alternatively, attendees can opt for a full refund.

A professional geek, William works for Particular Software writing amazing software like NServiceBus. Passionate about the web, he is engaged in a sordid love affair with JavaScript, and spends most of his free time trying to convince others of it’s beauty and elegance.

When not behind his laptop hacking away, this amateur beer enthusiast can often be found playing boardgames or drinking cold-brew coffee.

Kevin DeRudder is a full stack web developer with a deep passion for ASP.NET and building modern, interactive web applications.

With years of experience in web development and .NET, he helps developers simplify their web apps while keeping them fast, maintainable. As a conference organizer and speaker, Kevin loves sharing practical insights on web development and fostering learning communities. When he’s not coding or speaking, he’s busy running Techorama and other developer events.

Layla is a Microsoft MVP, Progress Champion, 3 times GitHub Star, and former director on the board at the .NET Foundation.
She is the co-founder of November North, a micro-game studio, developing and producing a first-person stealth game code-named "HorroTown".
Layla is passionate about .NET, enterprise software development, and system architecture. She has recently started bringing those architecture concepts into game development, live coding Unity game development on Twitch.
Layla lives in the UK with her husband Jim and dogs Lily and Cookie.

Michelle Frost is the founder and principal consultant of Accountable Intelligence LLC, an agency dedicated to integrating responsible AI practices with a strong emphasis on governance and risk management. Additionally, Michelle is a Senior Developer at Crema, a design and technology consultancy based in Kansas City, MO.

With over a decade of engineering experience, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Johns Hopkins University. As an established AI and Machine Learning specialist, Michelle is recognized as a thought leader in Responsible AI development. Her approach is grounded in creating AI that is fair, accountable, and transparent.

Michelle is also an active member of the Ethical AI Advisory Council for The Center for Practical Bioethics. When not behind the screen, she can be found tending to her garden with her 100 lb pup Wilbur by her side.

Martin is a Developer Advocate at Honeycomb, o11y enthusiast, and a delivery-focused Developer from the UK. With over 20 years experience in development in the .NET ecosystem, he’s worked with many companies on scaling up engineering teams and products. The past few years have been spent working on solving complex problems with some of the UK’s big names, including e-commerce retailers and credit lenders.

Laila Bougria is a Solutions Architect and Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the Microsoft .NET space. She's a keynote speaker, a Microsoft Azure MVP, and frequently shares her knowledge and insights at conferences worldwide. Currently, Laila is busy building NServiceBus at Particular Software and solving distributed riddles. When she's not immersed in complex problems or code, Laila enjoys indulging in her favorite pastime - knitting! She finds that tangling the yarn into beautiful patterns helps untangle her thoughts.

Alan Smith is an AI and ML developer, trainer, mentor and evangelist at Active Solution in Stockholm. He has a strong hands-on philosophy and focusses on embracing the power and flexibility of cloud computing to deliver engaging and exciting demos and training courses.

Alan has held the MVP title since 2005, and is currently an AI MVP. He is in the organization team for the CloudBurst and AI Burst Conferences.
